bullet The Mimaki  - JV5 Wide Format - Solvent Digital Printer, is today the fastest in the industry. It enables superior quality printing at Higher speed. It takes only 90 seconds to print one square metre at 540 x 1080dpi. What this means for the customer is; Higher quality print images, less grain effect, greater readability and importantly better brand recognition. This high DPI Print quality is now fully supported with the latest technology in Mimaki "Eco" Digital inks, offering more vibrant and accurate colour reproduction, longer life span and a reduction of any environmental impact. Now with 3 dedicated CG Series Plotter/Cutters, Kemsigns have the capacity for continuous and high volume reproductive work.  These machines allow us to create unique and stylish form-cut designs and shapes to accurately replicate clients specific branding needs. This process can be applied to a wide variety of material substrates, including reflective vinyl, matt / gloss vinyl, Lexen and more.  Runs from one-offs to runs of thousands, from the smallest label to 1600mm wide by virtually unlimited length! All at high speed, allowing the fastest turn-around for our clients.

bullet Our Tekcel CNC Custom Router cuts woods, metals, plastics and composites used for the creation of 3D products and shapes. It is big enough and tough enough to make light work of the heaviest production schedules.
